Product Overview
Ordinary commercial switches cannot adapt to high‑humidity, strong‑electromagnetic‑interference, high‑low‑temperature environments in substations, factories and tunnels. They tend to suffer packet loss and network disconnection and cannot build redundant ring networks; single‑point failures may paralyze the whole network. The HaoSheng IS‑series industrial switches are developed specifically for power and automation sites. They consist of two product lines: managed and unmanaged types, with full‑gigabit combined electrical‑optical ports. ERPS fast ring‑network self‑healing supports millisecond‑level fail‑over upon network interruption. Fan‑less natural cooling enables stable operation over an ultra‑wide temperature range of ‑40℃ ~ +85℃. Network ports deliver Level‑4 industrial protection against surge, static electricity and electrical fast transient burst. Both DIN‑rail and wall‑mount installation are supported for building stable industrial‑site communication networks for networking and data transmission of gateways, sensors, PLCs and video surveillance devices. Managed models support VLAN, port mirroring, remote WEB management and PoE power supply; unmanaged models are plug‑and‑play with zero configuration for low‑cost networking at small‑scale sites.
Core Product Advantages
- ERPS Industrial Ring‑network Self‑healing:
Millisecond‑level fail‑over achieves near‑zero network interruption. Damage to a single optical fiber or Ethernet cable will not disrupt power‑data transmission of the whole link, meeting high‑reliability communication requirements for power grids. - Full‑port Level‑4 Industrial EMC Protection:
Complies with IEC 61000 Level‑4 standards for ESD, surge and electrical fast transient burst. It guarantees stable transmission without packet loss in the vicinity of high‑voltage substation equipment. - Fan‑less Silent Natural Cooling:
Maintenance‑free large‑area aluminum‑alloy heat‑dissipation housing works stably at ‑40℃ ~ +85℃ all‑weather. No fan is required for high‑/low‑temperature outdoor deployment, reducing potential failure points. - Dual Redundant DC Power Supplies:
Dual Phoenix‑terminal power inputs (12‑54 V DC). Automatic switch‑over takes place upon failure of one power supply. PoE‑enabled models support standard 52 V PoE power output. - Flexible Compact Installation:
Supports both standard DIN‑rail snap‑in mounting and wall‑mount lugs. Can be installed directly inside instrument compartments of switchgears. - Remote O&M for Managed Models & Plug‑and‑play for Unmanaged Models:
Managed units have built‑in WEB UI for remote configuration of VLAN, port rate‑limiting and port alarms. Unmanaged devices work right after power‑on with zero configuration for low‑cost small‑node deployment. - High‑speed Non‑blocking Forwarding:
Full‑wire‑speed Gigabit forwarding handles heavy monitoring‑data traffic. Concurrent multi‑stream data from temperature measurement, water‑immersion detection and video surveillance are transmitted without stuttering.
Application Scenarios
Power ring‑main units, substation communication cabinets, factory automation, underground utility tunnels, PV & energy‑storage power stations, tunnel monitoring, IDC computer rooms, municipal security surveillance
