Haosheng Technology's supporting manufacturing base is located in Fuzhou. We focus on SMT mounting, DIP plugin and complete-unit assembly for electronic products, providing one-stop OEM & ODM manufacturing services. With professionally-planned workshops, full-set imported automatic production & testing equipment and standardized production control system, the base delivers reliable mass-production support for our self-developed products including IoT sensing terminals, IoT gateways and intelligent monitoring hardware, meanwhile offering customized hardware contract manufacturing for clients.

Auxiliary Equipment

Material-storage refrigerators, high-power magnifiers, lead-free constant-temperature soldering irons, drying ovens, ESD testers, soldering-iron temperature testers, ambient temperature-humidity meters and hot-air rework stations, for constant-temperature material storage, ESD control, process debugging and reliability testing.

Capable for large-volume orders as well as small-and-medium-batch customized projects. Flexible production and rapid changeover guarantee efficient order delivery.

Full-range SMT process control is implemented. Multiple quality checkpoints are arranged from incoming materials to finished goods delivery.
